THE SHOW
RE: Nutrition Podcast - The podcast where we explore all things nutrition viewed through an Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size® lens. Your hosts and registered dietitians, Annette Adams and Britt Moreira, examine all sides of nutrition topics from basic food science to current health trends to the management of chronic medical and mental health conditions.
What makes RE: Nutrition different? Your hosts go beyond just presenting nutrition information (which - let’s be honest – can be very overwhelming and often quite boring). Here, you get simple steps you can practice TODAY to improve your relationship with food and begin your journey to well-being.

Britt Moreira is a registered dietitian nutritionist licensed in the state of Florida. Her interest in working with eating disorder recovery began as a young performer in musical theater. Diet culture was ever-present on and offstage and she saw the damage it can cause on relationships with food and bodies. Later, while pursuing her degree in Human Communication, she researched the impact of communication on inter/intrapersonal relationships. Prior to working in the field of nutrition & dietetics, Britt worked in hospitality sales. She began noticing how prevalent diet culture is for people of ALL ages, ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientations. This led her to pursue a career in dietetics. Britt has a passion for empowering her clients through the principles of Intuitive Eating and the Health at Every Size ® philosophy. She enjoys helping clients create a more positive relationship with food and their bodies. |
